We reserve the right to quote an additional sur-charge based on the group size.
Gratuity Rates and Service Attendants
The gratuity rate for fully catered buffet-style events is 18% (or as otherwise quoted). The rate for supplied events under 25 people is 18%; 25-39 people it is 15%; and for 40 or more people it is 10%.
Service Attendants are available at a rate of $20.00 per hour/per attendant. |
