We setup & stay on-site with service staff
On-site grilling may be available at $50 per hour for “fully catered” tailgates
Service ware may be a combination of disposable/recyclable or reusable
Disposal is the responsibility of the customer
Appropriate table coverings are included for any food/beverage tables
Cloth linen for seating tables is available at $8 per table
Table skirting is available at $1.50 per foot
25% gratuity, 6% sales tax, and $50 delivery fee will be added to all orders
Fully catered tailgates may choose their service time, based on availability
Customer must supply a permit space for our staff to park vehicle near tailgating space. We cannot enter the lot without a permit.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT – TABLES, CHAIRS, TENTS & MORE
Our full line of rental equipment is available for your tailgating needs. A 25% gratuity is added to all rental equipment to Beaver Stadium on home football games. Timing for installation & delivery is handled on a one-to-one basis, and is based on a number of factors such as our availability, location of the tailgate, and PSU parking lot opening times. We strive to make this as convenient as possible for all groups, and also efficiently expedite each reservation within a small period of time. A 25% deposit must be made in order to reserve the equipment & payment must be made prior to delivery. If you are tailgating post-game, please understand that you are responsible for the well-being & treatment of the equipment while onsite, and in some cases, may be responsible for the return of small equipment. A parking permit must be supplied to us within 1 week prior to game day for all equipment deliveries to the stadium, or we will not be able to gain access to the parking lots. Must have assigned parking permit location with number – not general/open parking.
1st & 10…
Select your menu. Menu selections are due 2 weeks prior to game day.
2nd & Long…
Deposit of $350 is required. Parking permit must be supplied to us within 1 week prior to game day for catering & rentals to the stadium, or we will not be able to gain access to the parking lots. Must have assigned parking permit location – not general parking. Deposits will not be returned for inability to obtain proper permit.
3rd & Short…
Give us your final counts. Final counts & equipment quantities are due by noon on the Tuesday before game day. Full payment is required at this time.
Go for It, or Punt…
Counts & quantities may increase after Tuesday- based on our availability to accommodate. Counts may not decrease however, as food items & supplies will be ordered accordingly. “Audibles” to menu selections made within 1 week of game day may be assessed an additional fee.
