Includes a roasted whole pig to be carved on-location, kaisers, our spread of original barbecue sauces, and choice of Three Sides with Sweet Tea. All our hogs are selected from the same local farm that we have used as a tradition. Buffet is delivered, setup with all hardware, plates, cups & cutlery, and includes onsite service staff.
