6% sales tax and 18% gratuity

Guests may choose between two meats, with three sides and sweet tea. Buffet is delivered, setup with all hardware, plates, cups, and cutlery, and includes onsite service staff (40 person minimum).

  • BOSS HOG SANDWICH
    Slow roasted, hand-pulled pork with Kaiser roll. Two ways to order it… Get it tossed in our famous sweet ‘n tangy barbecue sauce or get it plain and “fancy it up” yourself with the full spread of our original barbecue sauces. Homemade BBQ Sauces: Sweet n’ Tangy – Hillbilly Howler – Soda Pop

  • CHARGRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH
    Juicy charbroiled chicken breast, smothered in our sweet ‘n tangy barbecue sauce or left plain with Kaiser roll, lettuce, and mayo.

  • ITALIAN SAUSAGE
    A delicious grilled sausage with Italian herbs and spices, cozied-up with fresh sub roll, peppers, onions, and marinara on the side.

  • STEAK BURGER
    Char-grilled Angus steak burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, condiments with Kaiser roll.

  • RIBS
    Our ribs are the real deal. Fall-off-the-bone, smothered in our sweet ‘n tangy barbecue sauce and flame-finished. Cut to 4 bone section.

  • FIREHOUSE CHICKEN QUARTERS
    Split chicken quarters made legendary since 1947. Slowly char-grilled over coals, and basted with our secret family recipe.

  • EVERYDAY HOTDOG
    4/1 – No need to fancy this up! America’s favorite grilling item with roll and condiments. (Knock it out of the park with cheese and chili for $1.50/person)

  • PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS (Add just a few to your menu as 3rd entrée at $5.50 each)
