Frame tents are constructed using metal framework for the top and sides. They can be installed on grass or asphalt with no center poles in the tent. This style is also perfect for slightly un-level surfaces, because the height of the supporting legs can be adjusted. Frame tents can be installed with either staking or cement/water weights. There is no wasted square footage beneath a frame tent.

The pole tents are supported by the center poles and by tension achieved through staking it to the ground. The result is a tent without much framework, and a sleek swooping appearance. This style of tent must be staked and cannot be weighted. Due to the center poles, these tents do have some wasted space/obstructions to sight lines.

We do have small tent canopies available for customer installation. However, it is not recommended that persons who are inexperienced attempt to setup these tents. Incorrect installation could result in damage to the equipment or injury to the installers or event guests.

No, both accessories need to be ordered separately.

Our staff can help you determine this with a short conversation.

If we need to drive stakes into the ground to secure the tent, a PA One Call will need to be made. We will make this call and mark the area for the tent. They will contact your local utility companies to mark the area where the tent will be located.

If there is any potential of other in-ground lines or obstructions, you need to mark them clearly so that we can stay clear of them. We cannot always avoid what we do not know is there and will not be held responsible for any damage due to unmarked lines or obstruction.

Yes – if we cannot use stakes, we will use either cement blocks or water weights at $15 each. Please know that 2 weights are needed for each corner pole and 1 at each additional leg.

Tents include installation. Other items are delivered to your site intended for your setup. Fees for additional setup is handled on a one-to-one basis.

Many factors such as flexibility of scheduling, size of installation, and weather will influence the timing of delivery, installation, and setup. We will work in advance with you to select appropriate estimated timing. The same holds true for removal. Based around those factors, we usually try to set up one or more days prior to date. For weekend events, removal is usually on Monday. We attempt to not remove tents that are wet. Once the canopies have been folded, mold can form during storage. Please keep in mind that tent installations and teardowns are sometimes at the mercy of the weather.

If you or the location have strict restrictions as to the setup and/or tear-down of your event, we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional labor rates will be assessed on a one-to-one basis. These rates also apply to setup and teardown before 8am, after 5pm, weekends, and on holidays.

We handle this type of issue on a one-to-one basis. Additional labor rates may apply based on the situation.
